GreenOps: one app to run field operations across several branches
A multi-branch field-services company in Florida was coordinating dozens of crews with Word schedules, Excel coversheets, PDF work orders and phone calls. We first organized how scheduling, dispatch and equipment issues should flow. Then we built GreenOps, the web app the operation now runs on.
What it does
- Crew calendars by month, by account manager or branch. Move, copy or add a job in seconds.
